If
the student has never had any credits to be considered for transfer, he
automatically begins with the Bible Certificate program.
CLASS INFORMATION
All
textbooks are the student’s responsibility to purchase. Students will
be provided a list of all textbooks and where to purchase them.
APPLICATION FEE
A
$50.00 application fee must accompany each Application for Admission.
This should be a check or money order made to Texas Baptist Seminary.
The application fee is non refundable.
TRANSFER CREDITS
Students must provide TBS a
certified copy of their transcripts. Life experience credits will be
considered for students who are in full time ministry at a possible
charge of $15.00 a credit hour. The administration will decide on any
possible charges. (In most situations no charge is assessed for accepted credits.) If the student has credits that TBS will accept in the
diploma program that has been chosen by the student then there may be a
$15.00 transfer fee for each transfer credit. Life experience credits will be
considered for students who are in full time ministry at $15.00 a credit
hour. Again, In most situations no charge is assessed for accepted credits.
PAYMENT PLAN
The
tuition cost of your degree can be paid in monthly installments. To
enter any of the diploma programs, a tuition down payment of $200.00 is
required. Once the down payment has been received, the student may pay
the remainder of the tuition balance in monthly payments of $50.00. If a
payment has not been received within a six month period, the student
will be considered in-active and must reapply while all credits and
monies paid will be credited to the degree. All tuition is
non-refundable. Before a degree is issued a student must have all fees
satisfied.
ADDITIONAL FEES
One
transcript is provided. Each additional transcript will be $5.00. There
will be a delinquent check fee of $25.00 for all returned checks.
Our
goal is to keep tuition at a minimum to help the student afford a
quality education in the Word of God. The only way that this will be
possible is if the students maintain their tuition payments as per
schedule. You will be working towards a degree at a good price. Help
